By using Scoopledger, an app by A2ZAI LLC, you agree to these terms.
A planning tool, not certification
Scoopledger helps you plan menus and estimate nutrition, cost and profit. It is not USDA-approved software and does not certify compliance with any program’s rules. Targets in the app are starting points you can edit. You are responsible for checking that your menus meet the requirements that apply to you.
Check what matters
Nutrition values come from USDA FoodData Central, labels and your own entries, and AI features can misread photos. Always confirm allergens on product labels and review anything the app fills in before relying on it. Sample prices and starter data are examples only.
Your data
Your data is yours and is stored on your device. Keep backups (Settings → “Back up everything”). We are not responsible for data lost when a device is lost, reset or the app is deleted.
Fair use of AI features
Snap and Ask AI are provided free for normal use in your kitchen. Don’t use them to overload or misuse the service. We may limit or change these features.
No warranty
Scoopledger is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, A2ZAI LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above.
